The call for submissions for the 37th Annual GLAAD Media Awards opens on Monday, September 22, 2025 at 9am ET and closes on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 6 pm ET.

Submissions are $350. Submissions received after November 24 are considered late and will incur a $150 fee ($500 total) until Monday, December 22 at 6pm ET. Submissions received after that will not be accepted.

Special exceptions will be made for projects that will broadcast, be published, etc. after November 24.
