Let LGBTQ youth know we’ll never stop fighting for them

Now, more than ever, LGBTQ youth are facing unprecedented levels of harassment, bullying, violence in schools, on social media, and in the news. As of 2025, there are over 10,000 books banned by public schools in the United States. Books that champion intersectionality, freedom of thought and expression, and tell stories needed to make people feel seen and safe.

Let’s show young people we have their backs.

Take the Spirit Day pledge that you’ll go purple on October 16 and commit to speaking out against bullying and discrimination anywhere you see it. This pledge only takes a minute, but if we all join in, we can create real, lasting change.

Together we can make sure LGBTQ youth feel seen, heard, and safe. Take the pledge today.
